  Kashong Country Store is a great place for coffee, a doughnut, and a morning egg sandwich.The subs are great also. Dick DeBuck, the owner is a great resource of information for most anything. I grew up in Geneva and we now have a retirement cabin just down the road. I enjoy going to the store, sitting at the counter and meeting and talking with the many local customers who come in. I have always been impressed with the owner's friendliness.He goes out of his way to be helpful. He is very personable and I have never seen him exhibit any inappropriate behavior. The store has a long history and is a favorite with the locals. If Cody, Dick's dog, is in the store, he likes his treats that Dick keeps behind the counter. If it's your first trip to the Finger Lakes be sure to stop in-you'll be glad you did.
