  This place is a joke every time we go. We have tried 3 times to this location and Everytime there is the same "manager". My family is huge on couponing. The first time she approved us to use coupons that stated "limit of two identical per household per day" so I had two in my transaction and a friend had two in his transaction... Even though we were on separate registers with separate addresses on our license, she proceeded to ask if "you and him have the same coupons but says limit of two per household"... Um... Duh lady, we are not in the same transactions. So she approved it after making a minor deal about it. The next interaction we had with her my husband went to make a purchase with coupons and she denied the approval in self check out stating it said "one per purchase" but the coupon also had a limit of 4 identical per day. Those who coupon know "one per purchase" is verbage for one per item, and cannot double up. But may have multiple items in the transaction for the limitations to be specified as "identical coupons per day". He took his coupons and product and went to another cashier. The manager went out of her way to follow him and tell him she could not let him purchase his order using his coupons. My husband then went to a higher manager to let her know the lower manager didn't know what she was talking about and needed to be retrained. The higher manager agreed that she was wrong but at that point my husband no longer wanted to give them our business so we went elsewhere. She is a hateful manager who needs to be retrained in customer relations and policies. If you accept coupons as an organization you should be trained properly on them.

  Stopped in for a few things during the Deck the Halls weekend. I was surprised how clean the store was compared to many Wal-Mart's. They had a great selection of "ugly" Christmas sweaters and even one for 2 people.
